Where can I buy Jok’n’Al products?
You can order directly from our online store or find our products in selected retail outlets across New Zealand.
Are Jok’n’Al products really low in sugar?
Yes. Our jams, sauces, condiments, and toppings are crafted with less than 85% sugar compared to traditional products. They are designed to be diabetes-friendly and family-friendly without compromising flavour.
Are your products suitable for people with diabetes?
Our products are labelled as diabetes-friendly because they are lower in sugar and sweetened with sucralose. However, everyone’s health needs are different. We recommend checking the nutrition panel and consulting with a healthcare professional if you are unsure.
What sweetener do you use instead of sugar?
We use Sucralose (955), a widely recognised low-calorie sweetener that does not affect blood sugar levels. It allows our products to stay sweet while remaining suitable for people managing diabetes.
Are Jok’n’Al products suitable for children?
Yes. Our products are safe for children to enjoy, but as with all foods, moderation is recommended.
Do your products contain artificial colours or preservatives?
No. Our products are crafted with quality ingredients and do not contain artificial colours. Some products may contain natural preservatives to ensure freshness — please check individual labels.
How should I store Jok’n’Al products?
Unopened jars can be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the time stated on the label.
Can I use Jok’n’Al sauces and jams for cooking as well as spreading?
Yes! Our products are versatile — perfect for breakfast spreads, baking, marinades, stir-fries, dipping sauces, and even healthy drinks.
Where are Jok’n’Al products made?
All Jok’n’Al products are proudly made in Blenheim, New Zealand, at our certified food production facility.
Are your jars recyclable?
Yes. Our glass jars are recyclable and we encourage customers to recycle or reuse them creatively at home.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We deliver within New Zealand and to selected international destinations. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
- Within New Zealand: usually 2–5 business days
- Rural or international orders may take longer depending on courier services.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return food products?
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Only unopened, defective, or incorrectly supplied items may be returned.
