Spiced Orange Chicken

  • 6 chicken portions
  • 2 tablespoons granular SPLENDAâ sweetener or sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Jok’n’Al Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon corn-flour
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon ground mixed spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated green root ginger
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • Salt and pepper

 

🍳 Method:

  1. Gradually mix orange juice into rest of ingredients to make a paste.
  2. Pour over chicken in ovenproof dish.
  3. Cover and bake at 375°F (180°C) basting occasionally, until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
  4. Check seasoning, adding salt and pepper as required.
