A bold, tangy, and slightly spicy sauce made with Jok’n’Al blends — perfect with grilled lamb or chicken.

  • 1 tablespoon Jok’n’Al Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar or wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Jok’n’Al Plum Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Jok’n’Al Chile Sauce (optional)

Method:

  1. Combine together to make a smooth sauce.
  2. Serve with grilled meat. Especially good with lamb or chicken.
