Quick Apple Crumble
A quick, easy apple crumble with a golden, crunchy topping—perfect with light ice cream or whipped dairy.
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons SPLENDAâ sweetener (granular) or sugar
- 2 oz butter
- 1 jar (260g) Jok’n’Al Apple Sauce
🍳 Method:
- Spoon Jok’n’Al Apple Sauce into a pie dish. In a bowl, rub butter into dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
- Spoon over Jok’n’Al Apple Sauce.
- Bake in pre-heated oven 375°F (180°C) for 45 minutes or until topping is crisp.
- Serve hot with low energy ice cream or low fat dairy whip.
